Theme:  Jealous January
Book:  Ramona and Her Mother
Author:  Beverly Cleary

Meeting Activities:
We played human bingo. We had a fun time in the lower school library with a fire, hot chocolate, cookies, brownies, and banana bread. We shared our favorite pages and wrote our reviews about the book of the month.

Book report by Scooby Doo
Number of pages:  197
Voice:  Third Person
Main character(s):  Ramona
Summary:
The issue she had to deal with was making slacks for Ella Funt.  To address the issue, she didn't do anything.  The story ends when Mrs. Rudge calls Ramona a sparkler.  I rate this book Excellent.  I liked it because all of the stuff that happens can happen in real life.
